BPB introduces the latest innovation for international payments – Global Payment Innovation (GPI)

BPB, awarded by The Banker as the Best Bank of 2019, has announced that it will be the first bank in Kosovo and the region to offer a new and innovative payment system initiated by SWIFT – global payment innovation (GPI).

The new service is currently being used only in some of the largest banks in important world markets, while in our market will come for the first time exclusively from the BPB.

“This innovation, bringing full transparency in the application of transfer costs, offers increased processing speed and the ability to trace the transfer to the beneficiary bank,” said Arton Celina, chief executive officer at BPB.

This innovation in the market makes Bank of Business the only bank in the country and the region to provide complete transparency for each transfer expense applied by each bank until the transfer reaches its intended destination, payment processing time monitorable and faster and full security.
