Important notice for pensioners,

Dear clients that receive pensions through our bank,

Given the state of emergency of public health in Kosovo and the measures we have taken to prevent the distribution of # Covid19, PLEASEYOU’RE YOUR BANK CARDS TO WITHDRAW YOU PENSION THROUGH THE BANK ATM’S. This way of WITHDRAWAL will not only help prevent the spread of the virus, it will also save you time.

For customers who do not have a card and visit the branch, please observe guidelines from the World Health Organization for the protection of health such as DISINFECTING HANDS  (with disinfectants installed in our branches) and MAINTAINING THIS 1.5 METER DISTANCE with the client in front of you.

We ask for your understanding, as due to the measures you need to take, it is likely that your wait at the branch will be longer than usual. This is one of the reasons why we strongly encourage anyone with a card to withdraw pensions through ATMs to minimize waiting time at the branch.

If you have persons authorized to withdraw your pension, then we encourage you to send the authorized person to receive your pension. If you do not have anyone authorized, then we recommend that you visit one of the branches in the following days and authorize a person so that the elderly do not leave their homes, another one of the World Health Organization’s recommendations.
