Mr. Dren Krypa has been appointed a member of the Management Board of BPB in November 2023. With more than two decades of experience in the banking sector, Mr. Krypa started his career in 2001 at ProCredit Bank, sustainably advancing through various managerial roles until 2014. <\/p>\n\n
Until 2016, Mr. Krypa was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Economic Bank. In this capacity, he was entrusted with the definition and implementation of the bank\u2019s main strategies, goals and objectives, with special emphasis on promoting business expansion. <\/p>\n\n
From November 2016 to 2023, Mr. Krypa served as Deputy Managing Director at TEB Sh.A. In this influential role, he led the strategic development of the Corporate and SME business segment, representing a key target demographic for the bank. <\/p>\n\n
