Mrs. Mimoza Godanci – Aliu has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at Banka per Biznes in December, 2022. Mrs. Godanci-Aliu started her career working for international organizations, to continue in the banking sector where over the years she amassed an extensive experience in various roles and positions in ProCredit group.
Among others, she held the positions of the Deputy CEO in ProCredit Bank Albania, Deputy CEO in Procredit Bank Kosovo, Executive Director of ProCredit Academy for Eastern Europe in Macedonia, and Deputy CEO in Procredit Bank Macedonia. Starting in 2020, for two years she worked as a Project Manager in OneFor, a financial institution offering money transfer and payment services. Mrs. Mimoza Godanci-Aliu has graduated with a master’s degree in Economics from the Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.
